Several weeks back the lady and I ate at India Palace at 377 Court St NE in Salem, Oregon. We must have been there early because there was only one other couple in the whole restaurant. Later on it picked up quite a bit. I enjoyed the atmosphere and layout, it was a little bit unsophisticated in the design, but not enough to bother me.

This is one of my own creations. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 lg package crumbled feta (I like the garlic and herb flavored kind)
- 1 16oz bag grated 4 cheese blend (also called Mexican blend–not the kind with spice!)
- 1 large onion-chopped
- 4 cloves garlic-chopped
- 1/2 stick real butter
- 2 medium sized broccoli crowns, cut into florets
- pepper to taste (no salt, the feta adds enough!)
- 1 pre-made pie crust (or make your own if you are a better baker than I!)

Having recently discovered that I really love Indian food, I decided to give my favorite dish a try in the kitchen. We had plans to have dinner with friends, who also love Indian food, so what better to bring along? I found this recipe at AllRecipes, my favorite recipe site.
